The 2-Pin module is lightweight and compact, allowing for high output and cooling capabilities, making it one of the company's flagship products. The oscillation wavelength ranges from 780 to 1070 nm, with CW/PULSE drive. It is designed for space applications and ensures high reliability under rigorous testing. This 2-pin semiconductor laser module is a product co-developed by the company and Tesat-Spacecom for space applications. Combining both companies' deep knowledge of laser module design and sub-micron adjustments, it was released after a development period of three years starting in 2015, resulting in a highly reliable laser module. It is designed for 20 years of maintenance-free operation in a space environment and is currently being used as OEM in Tesat-Spacecom's low Earth orbit satellites and geostationary satellites.
